There is a restaurant-pizzeria in the immediate vicinity, and a shop is 300m away. The settlement also has a multi-purpose children's playground, for football and basketball, and a children's park with swings and a slide. Free public parking is available in front of the building.
Apartment Nerina Premium for 5 persons is located on the 2nd floor of a neat residential building (without elevator) . It has a total area of 75qm, and consists of a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto a balcony with a seating area and a beautiful sea view.
