  • House Sergio is situated in quite part of Porec, only 10 minutes walking from the nearest beach and 700 m from the city center. Shops and restaurants are 100m away.
    The house offer a private parking place on the property and wifi internet connection is availaible in each apartment. The owner live on the 1st floor.
    Apartment Sergio with a surface of 60m2 for 4-5 persons is located on the ground floor of the house and it consist of: living room with kitchen and dining table, satelite tv and a couch for one person, two sleeping rooms with double beds, nice terrace with sitting set and bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and Wireless LAN Internet are included in the price.
