Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower and WC, air conditioning, and a private exit to the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom is appointed with 2 single beds of 90 cm by 200 cm and features a shower, bidet, and WC, along with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The remaining 2 bedrooms on the upper floor each offer 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, a shower and WC, air conditioning, and their own exits to the terrace.
