Well appointed property in a convenient location

Perfect property to entertain a family, especially with older children. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor cooking area is a nice touch. The property is very conveniently situated for the delights Pornic has to offer.

Great place to discover Pornic

Well maintained and all that was needed was available. We only turned around one mattress that was a bit affected by heavy weight. The pool was great. The weather however a little cool. But thankfully the house was extremely comfortable

SUPERBE SEJOUR ! à refaire

nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour avec mes deux ados ( 13 et 16 ans). la maison, la piscine chauffée avec contre nage si on le souhaitait ! tout était parfait ! commerces, centre ville, plages, tout se fait à pieds ! c'est fabuleux.. nous reviendrons ! et un grand merci pour l'accueil d'Edith et la gentillesse de M LEBAS par téléphone le propriétaire :-) et le petit plus ! biscuits et Champagne au frigo ! pour notre arrivée ! tip top !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit cocon à deux pas des commerces et du port. Tout se fait aisément à pied. La maison se situe dans un environnement très calme, et est très confortable. La piscine chauffée est un réel délice pour se détendre en fin de journée. Merci pour ces magnifiques vacances en famille ainsi que pour les petites attentions. Notre petit de 2 ans a adoré !

Cette que de beau souvenirs dans cette maison très chaleureuse!!ou le bien être et la possibilité a chacun de pouvoir se relaxer...la proximité du port et le charme de ces boutiques ect...pas trop chance pour le soleil mais une bonne tempette!chouette aussi.départ trop précipité ...bref que du bonheur!

séjour apaisant

Semaine très agréable avec notre poilu qui a apprécié le grand jardin totalement clos. Accueillis avec de fines bulles au frais et douceur sucrée de la région. Tout est prévu pour un repos parfait et se laisser porter par le chant des oiseaux et du calme environnant. La météo était au top ! Belle découverte de la piscine à contre courant après une chouette partie de billard a l’étage. merci au propriétaire pour la description parfaite de sa maison et pour son accueil. Nous recommandons vivement et souhaitons revenir profiter d’un plus long séjour.

Maison comfortable et idéalement bien située . Seul bémol la literie pour les couples (2 petits lits collés l'un à l'autre), bien dommage pour le confort du sommeil. Billard également avec les bandes inexistantes. Sinon elle est super bien équipée, rien ne manque, surtout avec la piscine au sous-sol.

Excellent séjour…très belle maison,lumineuse.

La maison est lumineuse,confortable et meublée avec beaucoup de goût…elle est située en centre ville de Pornic mais très calme et à qlq mètres du port et d.une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,rien ne manquait (linge de maison,vaisselle)…le top,c.est la piscine intérieure très design qui permet de se relaxer des journées de balada.Merci à Guy pour sa gentille attention champenoise et merci à Edith pour son accueil et sa disponibilité…nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommanderons votre superbe maison coocoon.

Parfait pour les visites et repos

Au centre de Pornic tout à proximité commerces, restaurants … une Jolie piscine à l’intérieur bien chauffée on peut même nager contre le courant une opération formidable La terrasse est parfaite pour déjeuner et pour un repos mérité 2 smartes tv avec TNT avec possibilité de mettre HDMI Super bien le billard pour s’amuser en soirée Edith très gentille nous a bien accueilli et était toujours présente quand on avait besoin son aide ou conseilles 2 semaines qui sont trop vite passées … à recommander

Conforme à la description

Maison très propre, équipée au top, literie très confortable et la piscine très agréable après les chaudes journées de marche. Le jardin est bien clôturé pour les enfants et les animaux aucun risque. Séjour bien agréable malgré la canicule.

Juste Parfait

Que des bonnes surprises. La découverte du logement à été très agréable. La maison est bien plus belle en vraie qu'en photo. J'ai été surpris par la très bonne qualité de la vaisselle et de l'électroménager et de la petite cuisine extérieur. La bouteille de champagne millésimé qui nous attendait au frais était également de très bonne qualité, (un gros merci au propriétaire). Les commerces sont à proximité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. et Pornic est une ville charmante que je recommanderais. Tout comme notre hôte. Cordialement Triadou Benoit

Très agréable maison à Pornic

Une maison très agréable à vivre et équipée d'une piscine intérieure! Les deux chambres pouvant accueillir deux personnes chacune disposent de salles d'eau privées. Le 3ème couchage est plus un couchage d'appoint. Le salon/salle à manger est vaste et ouvert sur la cuisine, le tout donnant sur le jardin. Le jardin, un privilège à Pornic, est bien entretenu et bénéficie d'une exposition idéale et la vue sur le clocher de l'église au lever ou au coucher du soleil est magnifique. Plancha et barbecue sont à disposition sur la terrasse. Située dans une ruelle calme à 5 minutes à pied des commerces et du marché, il vous faudra quelques minutes de plus seulement pour rejoindre les animations du port. Inutile de vous tracasser pour vous garer puisqu'une place vous est réservée juste devant la maison. Guy est vraiment charmant et disponible en cas de besoin. Je ne peux que recommander cette superbe location.
