retard-état des lieux.

Le studio lui-même était impeccable.L'annonce disait que l'appartement était au 2ème étage.Or ,ily avait 2 étages et demi. La conciergerie Hoomy ne m'a pas donné entière satisfaction.La personne qui m'a remis les clés est arrivée avec 15 minutes de retard,mais m'avait prévenue par SMS. Cette même personne m'a dit ^tre submergée de travail le samedi 29/07 et ne pouvoir assurer l'état des lieux ce jour-là.Elle m'a proposé une "boîte à clés"qu'elle m'a remise vendredi à 11h30,ce qui m'a donc privée d'une demi-journée d'activités de vacances.
