Porpoise Point Holidays

Unfortunately didn’t get much time to use the pool as we were out at the parks. Everything was very clean and staff extremely helpful. AC unit in room was unfortunately very loud but an older style unit. For myself there was a lack of choice at breakfast as I have coeliac disease so need gluten free options- I did get fruit but no cereal or choice of bread. Would definetly stay again and recommend to friends.

The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. We got a warning on the first night of our stay and were forced to park our second car elsewhere or risk it being towed. Also, the bathtubs are very slippery. Everybody in our party nearly slipped and fell on the first night. Then on the morning we went to leave as, when we were making our final trips with our bags to the cars (this was 30 minutes before our checkout time) the key pad lock reset the passcode and we were locked out of the room. We still had stuff inside and needed to return the parking tag. This was a Sunday so the front office was closed and we were unable to get any help from any number we called. So we had to sit outside the apartment until housekeeping came 45 minutes later to be let into the room. There is NO help for ANY issue you may run into because even the number given cycles back to the main menu because nobody answers the phone. And even when you do find a way to talk to somebody, it’s always somebody else’s issue to fix or they’re unable to help. So unless you are prepared to have absolutely no issues during your stay here, I would find another place to stay.

El hotel es excelente el único problema fue que nos llevaron el agua en 2 ocasiones todos los empleados del lobby son muy amable excepto 1 en específico que no es nada de amable, de lo demás todo estuvo muy bien los empleados de la limpieza son muy buenos.
