Spacious interiors feature four bedrooms, a welcoming living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen for shared meals. Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with loungers, lawns perfect for play, and a shaded veranda furnished with sofas and tables—ideal for slow mornings or evening gatherings under the island sky.

    Located near the peaceful town of Villafranca, the home offers easy access to authentic cafés, cycling routes, and quiet village squares. Just a short drive away, Felanitx invites you to wander through local markets, boutique shops, and its lively main plaza filled with outdoor dining. Adventurers can hike or drive up to the nearby monastery of Sant Salvador, where panoramic views of the island create a memorable backdrop.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Belvilla by OYO Xim Vell, La maison était immense et super confortable pour notre groupe, La piscine privée a été un succès, surtout avec les enfants, J'ai adoré la façon dont l'endroit a gardé son charme mallorcain, tout en ayant tous les équipements modernes dont nous avions besoin, De plus, c'est proche de Villafranca, donc nous pouvions facilement prendre de la nourriture, Juste un petit avertissement, le WiFi était un peu capricieux par moments, mais honnêtement, cela ne nous a pas dérangés puisque nous étions là pour nous détendre, Dans l'ensemble, un super endroit pour une escapade en famille!
