Nestled near the base of Olympic National Park. Close to the beach and ferry access in Port Angeles to Victoria Canada. Great hiking, boating, fishing etc. If you just want rest you will find peace and tranquilty here. We are located 10 min from the Straigt of Jaun de Fuca, Crescent Beach, Lake Crescent and Fort Warden St. Park. Come and explore for the experience of a life time.

My wife and I found this property to peaceful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The owner pretty much left us alone. We did get to meet his dog Blue. He would come and lay in the porch every now and then. We got up the fist morning and went for a walk to the end of the drive and then out to the main road. Just short of a mile to the stop sign. Along the way we seen a herd of Elk grazing. The place is close to Elwa and Lake Crescent. About 15 miles from town and the water front. We would return again.

The cabin was clean, warm, and full of nice amenities. It’s off the beaten path, but a short drive to Port Angeles, Lake Crescent, and ocean beaches. The bed is comforable and the kitchen nicely appointed.

Don was very welcoming but gave us privacy. The location had beautiful views of a pond, forest, and an open field. Our dog loved running in the field and we loved seeing a herd of elk one evening at dusk. The cabin was charming, had everything we needed, was clean, well maintained, and just what we wanted. We would love to come back again!

So close to Crescent Lake and a number of great local parks with access to the Sound! The cabin is even cuter in person than in pictures. The shower was hot, everything was clean, and I very much appreciated that the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. This was a perfect stay for our short visit to the Olympic Peninsula. The place is right in the heart of all the great hiking. There is a comfortable bed, a kitchen including a stovetop and oven; we had everything we could need. The place was super clean and Don was a super welcoming host - as was his dog Blue! :) the property itself is gorgeous and it made for such a peaceful and relaxing retreat. When we return to the area we will be sure to keep this place in mind!

Incredibly peaceful location! Perfect for exploring both the coastal areas along the Strait and Olympic National Park. The cabin had everything you could possibly need. The host Don and his dog Blue were extremely friendly. The only things that could possibly improve the cabin would be a more comfortable bed and hooks to hang towels up.

Cute place to stay for the night while at Olympic NP. Host shared his yummy apples and blackberries with us and gave easy check in instructions. Bed was comfy and kitchen had what we needed to make some dinner, clean and had lots of character.

The property is located a short distance from Olympic National Park in the woods. It was very quiet and peaceful, situated on 50 acres with a pond and orchard. All of the necessities were provided and then some. There was even a small ice machine outside. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated with nostalgic photos and antiques. The owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure you felt at home.

We had a great time at Don’s! We were only able to spend one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Don is very friendly and has a great property that is perfect if you’re looking to unplug a bit and stay somewhere quiet. His dog Blue was around the property as well and he was very sweet.

This is a hidden jewel and amazing property. The owner Don is wonderful and the property is beautiful and a very short drive to lake crescent and the olympic park. The place was incredibly clean and serene and enjoyed fresh apples and berries from his orchard. Price for what you get is amazing as well.
