The hotel is very clean amd neat. Sometimes they would rent oit the pool. So you are not aloowed to use it that day. Sometimes tbey gave you notice and sometimes tbey did not. But other tvan tbat staff was very friendly.

Spacious apartment

My wife and I stayed for 3 days. Nothing to complaint about, electricity 24/7, ac is working, wifi is good and fast. All employees were really nice. If someone needs a place like a studio to stay in peace. Palm Residence is the best

Review of Palms Residence at Pétion-Ville

The experience was great until the last three days of stay when the staff would systematically turn off the Air conditioning at night when the manager left and turn it back on early in the morning before the manager came back. The regular lady who cleaned the room was excellent did her job the problem was on her days off the two lady who replace her had attitude would not clean the room properly at one time refuse to change the towel when I confronted her she said "do you think I'm the maid" yes! Fearing of more uprising did not report he to the manager. The Internet was not that great kept bouncing people off. The water in the pool felt like ice should have a heater in the pool. The water was to cold for guess to enjoyed. It felt more like a displayed than a pool. Kitchen to small for cooking and the refrigerator had no freezer and refrigerator itself was not cold enough for proper maintaining of perishable item. Its not a hotel and not truly a functioning apartment not sure what to call it but well kept and very clean.

Overall all good

It's a very nice hotel in a remote location, so you don't hear traffic which is good. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. The only cons are the wifi was not working and the housekeepers just entered the room without notice to clean. They need to invest in do not disturb signs for the doors or educate there staff not to enter guest room without permission.
