HOUSE RULES:

Person booking must be at least 24 years old and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.

Our home is in a peaceful residential area, and we want to ensure it's the right fit for your stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules on the booking platform including the following key policies:

1. Only registered guests are permitted on the property - maximum 14 humans including infants and children
2. All animals must be disclosed and fees paid in advance
3. No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind on the property
4. No parties or events
5. No grilling allowed on the premises due to safety reasons
6. Quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM


PET RULES:
Host must approve pets in advance -
• Dogs must be leashed on property
Pets are never allowed on furniture or beds
• Pick up after dog
• Dogs are never to be left at the home unattended

POOL RULES:
Pool heating is $150 per day for the length of your stay
Heating to be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance
• Shower before entering the pool
• No animals in the pool
• No food or glassware in or around pool
• No running, jumping or diving
• Children must wear swim diapers, if not potty-trained
• Swim at your own risk
• Please do not manipulate the pool equipment

Disclosures:
There are 4 security cameras in the outdoor areas
The space is throughly cleaned between guests; but on occasion you may find raccoon or seagull droppings in the outdoor areas. A hose and deck brush are provided for a 30-second refresh.
