We are on 2 Acres of property for you to explore including: a Pond, FirePit area and kids swing set.
This spacious 1300 sq. ft basement apartment suite with high ceilings and large windows is located in the lower half of our home. It is a quick drive to the Beach.
It is fully self contained from the rest of the house with a separate private entrance around back.
You have almost 2 acres of quiet serenity to enjoy and explore!
