"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"

"Un bon séjour. Appartement bien desservi par les navettes gratuites (arrêt devant la résidence). Et parking privé apprécié. Je conseille ce logement pour 2 personnes et non pour 4 (pas de chambre mais une alcôve avec un rideau). Déco très minimaliste à améliorer (pas de lampe de chevet et pas de chevet d'ailleurs, une ampoule nue au plafond dans la pièce à vivre). Les (trop) vieilles plaques de cuisson devraient être remplacées par l'induction plus rapide et sécure. Appartement en rez de jardin...

Maison propre à notre arrivée, propriétaire accueillant. Très bien placée pour aller à vélos à la plage d'Ondres et profiter des commerces de proximité. Pistes cyclables en sortant de la maison. "Fantastic location in the heart of Biarritz with shops, restaurants, beaches and transport links in close proximity by foot. Spacious apartment easily accommodating our family of four. Host kindly left some beach toys and umbrella to use during our stay. Check-in and check-out process was in-person, smooth and very friendly. Optional extras such as linen/towels and check-out cleaning can be arranged directly with the host."

"The house was quaint and okay for the 4 of us but there was a smell downstairs which was unfortunate. The place is generally great and the pool top. Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). Spanish families were excessively loud at the pool but other than a cool and really nice stay - the tream were really friendly. "
