Quiet, secluded and one of only 8 townhouses in a small complex, Yaringa 5 is recently refurbished and located on the beautiful tree lined Garrick Street. Walking distance to the village centre and moments to the golden sands of Four Mile Beach, this holiday villa has you perfectly situated for your beachside holiday.
Two spacious bedrooms upstairs open onto an expansive balcony overlooking the shared swimming pool. Downstairs the open plan living and dining space has floor to ceiling sliding doors inviting the natural light and tropical breeze to flow through the property. Step out onto the outdoor entertainment deck and take in the tropical surrounds of your private courtyard garden with alfresco dining, BBQ and outdoor shower.
This property is not suitable for infants or children under school age.

Quiet and convenient to the beach and Main Street.
Pool at your door.
Limited car parking onsite but parking was available on the street.
