Southerlea, a lavish open-plan beach house spread across two levels, offers stylish decor and inviting living spaces, making it an ideal retreat for both winter and summer.

UPSTAIRS:
Enjoy a family-friendly entertainer with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, complete with a large dining table seating up to ten people. Open the sliding door to a generous front decking with stunning ocean views, featuring a large table (seating 10) and a BBQ—perfect for entertaining!

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with essential utensils, stove, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Machine, and abundant crockery and glasses for 10, our kitchen provides flexibility for preparing meals or leave your chef hat at the door and head to the main street only a couple of minutes away.

Pantry:
In our spacious, family-friendly pantry, we understand the importance of having enough food for a group of 10. Easily store all your groceries and snacks here, making your family feel right at home.

Bathroom:
