Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the social heart of the home. A slow-combustion wood heater adds cosy charm in cooler months, while the ocean views invite you to simply pause and unwind. Sink into the comfortable lounge for a movie night, or watch waves roll in through the picture window. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal prep, with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, and coffee pod machine with pods supplied. Gather around the dining table for relaxed family dinners or long, sunlit lunches after a morning by the shore.

Upstairs, a second lounge on the landing offers a peaceful retreat for reading or conversation, opening directly onto a wide balcony where the sea stretches out before you. Enjoy morning coffee as the light rises over the water or evening drinks as the sun dips behind the horizon.

Outdoors, generous decks and verandahs encourage time spent in the sea air. Pick fresh herbs from the garden, fire up the BBQ, or sway gently in the hammock as the coastal breeze drifts through. A separate games room adds a playful touch, with table tennis, casual seating, and space for friendly competition—perfect for keeping the holiday spirit alive on lazy afternoons or rainy days.

Four bedrooms provide comfort and flexibility for families and groups. Three are set within the main house, each styled with relaxed coastal tones and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. The fourth is a self-contained studio at the rear, complete with cooling, its own ensuite and sitting area—ideal for grandparents, teenagers, or guests seeking extra privacy. With three bathrooms across the home, everyone can move easily throughout the day.

Additional conveniences include laundry facilities, off-street parking, fast Wi-Fi, and Netflix for effortless downtime.

One well-behaved, non-shedding dog may be allowed with prior approval ($75 pet fee applies). Sorry, no puppies under one year.

For safety reasons, this home is best suited for guests with children aged five and over, due to internal stairs and balcony railings.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
