    Modern home with a unique and stylish interior, with a front veranda enclosed by the iconic white picket fence and an enclosed backyard for children to play in. Just a five-minute walk to Port Fairy's town centre and less than a five-minute drive to Port Fairy's beaches.

    Guildford Cottage is a unique family style home offering all the features of a relaxing getaway for families, groups and couples. This property offers 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and parking for up to 2 cars. From the open spaced entertaining area, the medium sized deck for a summer night BBQ and the veranda that many guests can enjoy watching the sunrise while drinking their coffee.

    This property is also pet friendly so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friends too!

Great quiet location. Clean, comfy couches, lots of crockery/cutlery.Comfortable beds, lovely heating.Wonderful helpful staff at Hearnes. Great for pets, however there is no access to the backyard other than through the house. There is a gate however the back property places their bins in front of it and to be fair, the gate is right in front of their entrance and where their cars are parked.Would definitely stay here again :)

Had a great time

House was very clean and confortable. The beds were really great to sleep in and the heater heated up the entire place on the cooler days. Enjoyed living within walking distance from all the shops. Backyard was great for my poodles. Also very kid friendly - had extra books and videos for my baby to enjoy. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

House was very clean and extremely well appointed, the only downside was that there was no air conditioning. As the weather was in the high 30’s it made for an uncomfortable night. It was my fault for not fully reading the description of the house.Aside from this the house was amazing and we would return but maybe during the cooler weather.

Lovely little home

A good place that was dog friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Lovely deck to enjoy late afternoons. Wish the lawn had been mowed.

Perfect cottage, walking distance to town.

We loved our stay at Guildford Cottage, the location was a short walk to town, the cottage was well appointed with everything you need and very clean, even the dog loved it. We would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location, house was immaculately clean with all the amenities you would need, within walking distance to shops, cafes , restaurants it was the perfect location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the not so distant future . D&J
