Johanssons Perch Cottage is a charming holiday rental nestled in the serene riverside location of Port Fairy. Perfect for a family get-away, this enchanting cottage offers comfort for up to 5 guests.

This property is ideal for couples, groups, small families and corporate stays.

The first bedroom offers a queen size bedroom downstairs, whilst the second bedroom upstairs, boasts a large loft style bedroom space, with a sloped ceiling and a side balcony. This room offers a double and a single bed and a small entertainment area- perfect for the kids!

Experience the freedom and comfort of home in the spacious open plan living room and kitchen, or sit back and relax on the balcony to soak up the serene river views whilst enjoying a sizzling BBQ.

Johannson’s Perch Cottage

Lovely little cottage, perfect location we didn’t get into the car once, just walked everywhere. Lovely food available in local village. Loved the river for walks. My only complaint was the reverse cycle heating didn’t work. Luckily the wall heater did. It was a very cold weekend & when I arrived & tried to heat the place up, it took me a while to realise. Otherwise lovely little cottage.

Well appointed accommodation in beautiful location

We so enjoyed our stay in this well appointed accommodation with views of the Moyne River and moored boats. Stroll along the river and walk to Griffith Island or walk into town for coffee or a meal . Central location in this picturesque town but at night so quiet we could hear the roar of the sea.

Was comfortable. Location geat for what we needed. Would stay here again. Would advise to book restaurants or activities way in advance. So many tourists. Never enough car parking. Lovely town. Neat, clean and welcoming.

Great location and well appointed BUT the main bedroom wreaked of dog urine, disgusting. When we returned home I had to wash our clothing twice to get rid of the horrible smell.
