Rose Retreat is a 6 bedroom home located in the centre of Port Fairy. The property is only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and everything Port Fairy has to offer.

The house opens into a large living area with leather sofas in front of your very own log fire. There is also a second living area downstairs with TV. Perfect for tucking the kids away with a movie leaving you to enjoy quality time.

The kitchen comes with a full sized fridge and full sized separate freezer, oven and dishwasher. Settle the kids on one of the bar stools and serve up morning breakfast as the sun streams in through the window. There is also a separate dining areas with a 10 seater dining room table.

Downstairs there is a laundry room with washing machine and extra space for storage. There is also a separate downstairs bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The spacious master comes a King room with fan and split system, the room has large windows and perfectly positioned chaise lounge. Enjoy quality time with a cup of tea relaxing in front of the large bay windows. The second and fourth bedroom both contain Queens, the third a tri-bunk with single bed.

Upstairs there is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower and a room with a separate toilet.

Downstairs the property has a rustic indoor bar area with TV, creating a sports bar like feel. Perfect for watching your favourite AFL teams go head to head with a couple of cold beers in the company of a few mates.
On the other side of this space is also where the 5th and 6th bedroom is. An old well insulated music room converted a Queen bedroom room with adjoining room containing a set of bunk beds. Ideal for teenagers wanting a bit of independence.

Outside is a large outdoor garden with a trampoline in garden, for keeping the kids entertained or for playing a game of footy. The garden is fully secure. The 2nd garage space separate to the house contains a pool table, table tennis table, foosball. This is a house full of entertainment!
