Perfect in winter as well

A high-end great place to stay, this property has to be the best pick in winter as the underfloor heating was fantastic, so nice to awake warm on a cold morning.View's just as you can see & are a massive highlight of the property, and it is set up very well. We had 3 18-year-olds studying and this place was perfect.The size of the house can hold the maximum very well although we only had six. It has all the requirements you need although, note - there is no coffee machine & town is a 15-minute walk, so knowing this we brought our own.Beds are medium-hard & I struggled a bit with this & will bring my mattress cover next time. Position right on the beach & your own path right to the sand with views to die for, this is a high-end property & has been deemed the best one we have stayed in, in Port Fairy. We would definitely return & it must be amazing in summer, don't let winter put you off at this house.

Fantastic house in a great location

This house had everything we needed for a group getaway. From the very comfy beds to the spacious lounge and kitchen as well as the stunning, relaxing views of the beach it was all spot on. We’d definitely stay again.
