“By the time of checking in, AUD$200 security bond was charged by the reception and said that it would be returned few days after checking out. However, only AUD$187 was returned so we inquired about that by email. The hotel then replied, said AUD$13 was charged for 2 bottles of wine from the mini bar. We had never taken any item from the mini bar so we hoped that the hotel could return the remaining bond to us but no further response was given by the hotel. We are so disappointed that the hotel……

“The room was clean and large, the bed very comfy, the water was hot, the parking easy and the staff friendly. However this hotel had seen better days. The sites say a 24 hr front desk, well sort of. I never got to see the front desk, When I arrived which was within normal working hours, the door was closed and I had to phone for attention. If it wasnt for mobile phones I may still be standing in the car park. The website I first visited I'm sure said free breakfast but that seems to have been……

“Location is great. Close to beach and 10 mins to Westfield. However room floor is filthy and sticky. Have to make our own bunk beds. Stove is outdated. No heater nor aircon in the room. It was freezing cold at night. The blanket didn’t help much. The staffs are very nice tho. They help where they could”
