「We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area.」

「The house was very clean & well appointed! Group of us were in the area for a wedding, plenty of room & wonderful accommodations! Michelle was so great, one of our party left some items in the house after checkout & Michelle went out of her way to make sure we got them back! Highly highly recommend this place!」

「House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....

The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river.」

「Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, we entered the home to a refreshing colt temperature as the a.c was left on prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. I am already looking into booking for a future rental for our family vacation. There are a lot of stairs from the home to the dock so be prepared if you are using the dock. Also needed to place a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to prevent my little one from going up. 「This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop.
