This pristine 2 bedroom 2 bath will fulfill your vacations desires and make your feel right at home. With the beach at your fingertips you can truly unwind and live the California life. Only 30 minutes from Malibu and 45 minutes from Santa Barbra you can also visit these destination points without hesitation.

Booked the property. Got a confirmation. Then told by owner I cannot stay. Spent 4 hrs trying to get refund. Beware book at your own risk.

Thanksgiving weekend with our sailor...
The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We didn't spend a lot of time on site; however, when we did, we enjoyed the small patio, nice dinner table, short walk to the beach, and comfortable living space. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer (which our sailor appreciated). We felt very safe within the gated community and when we went on a few short walks within the community, were greeted with polite and friendly faces.
