「Loved the place. I was a bit skeptical about it since not many reviews but decided to rent it since most (if not all) reviews were 5 stars. And I was not disappointed. The place was very clean and everything you need is there. Beds were comfy and even had an air bed for extra bedding if needed. Though it has holes, so air goes out over night. 「The property was cute. Very small but perfect for two people. The main bedroom is muggy and doesn't get below 75*. There is a humidifier in the room that sounds an alarm when the basin is full of water and needs to be drained. (Instructions about that would have been helpful)The living room gets most of the AC and stays very cool. The fold-out couch was a nice addition. Tiny kitchen, but had dishes, pans, utensils. A full-sized fridge with freezer, a gas stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher! We...

「The condo is excellent! The owners had plenty of communication ahead of time, so I knew what to expect going into it. The security at the compound kept it so that only guests were there, and it didn't feel overwhelming with college kids compared to the rest of the town. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and very efficient. The condo is in great shape and has a great view overlooking the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.」
