The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. "Everything at the property was superb. Since the moment you step in the lobby, and throughout, you can see that cleanliness is taken seriously and kept up consistently. Our room was very clean. The only detail I would say needed an upgrade was the shower little pump. We had to maneuver slightly to get it to come from the top, but nothing too serious. Breakfast was great. The beach access was great as well. Even though it is February, the pool was warm and the hot tub was good too. Pool towels were also very accessible through the restaurant as well. "
