"Well this place needs a total gut job. The carpet needs replaced. Doors need repaired . The kitchen light is about to fall from the ceiling, sliding windows are broke. All appliances are rusted up . The microwave is rusted inside and we were afraid to use it. The counter tops are falling apart and are held together with scotch tape.
