"The room we had was Clean. The bath products smelled great. Evelyn and crab tree We also went to the buffet, not included in the stay. Paid $18 per person. the server, Neuton was super nice and sweet, he made sure we are taken care of. They offered us free cookies and a welcome chocolates and water. Nice touch. They charge $50 per pet."

"Me and my now wife had such an amazing stay here for our pre-wedding, wedding and the day after our wedding. The staff was so nice, and the rooms were so clean and had everything we needed in them. You know the hotels got you right when you think of something you need and they already have it there. Everything was simple to use and find. The staff was great and very helpful explaining check in and check outs as it’s my first time booking a hotel stay. All in all I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and we will definitely be back, I would definitely 110% recommend this to everyone, and also too my friends and family. Thank you Courtyard Marriott Staff 🙏"
Hyatt Regency Long Island

"The parking lot is in desperate need of repaving. The rooms are clean but need renovating and so do the corridors. Looks dingy when you step off the elevator. Two elevators were not working the weekend we stayed, only one was in use out of 3 and we waited almost 10 minutes for a less crowded elevator and our room was on the 10th floor. And maximum occupancy on the elevator was 6 and it was way beyond that. They will charge you $5.00 each for the two bottles of “complimentary water”. Free if you are a Hyatt Regency Elite member. For the price they charge per night they could at least give a complimentary breakfast instead of the $25.00 per person to eat in the Terrace Cafe."

"We were very surprised and pleased at how clean the entire hotel was from lobby to room - without any heavy sprays or Downey/febreeze junk, huge hallways and nicely stocked lobby conveniences. Fantastic location, close to gas and groceries and 3 min walk to Starbucks."

"Hotel is 4 mins from the ISP Airport; convenient and clean, We had a 6am flight. Also, we found the “Locust Deli” nearby and fabulous sandwiches, we highly recommended it! Z & F/ FLL."
