「The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. The renovations looked okay, but everything else was extremely disappointing.
The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, which was one of the main reasons I booked, only to discover it wasn’t available due to renovations. The shower was barely lukewarm, and there wasn’t even a shelf to put my shampoo, conditioner, or other shower essentials. The microwave didn’t work, and I had to wait approximately 45...
