The apt has only one small fan, and no airconditioning. You cannot sleep with windows closed and by opening windows the blinds bang all night. There is a circus across the street which have lot of noise, and the lights stay on whole night. The blinds are really low quality which don't provide blackout from the lights across the street.

Just Perfect. We enjoy this quality unit .Unit is close to CBD, water, shops etc. All in all, very happy.
