  • Wake up to the sound of the waves and the scent of fresh sea air at this perfectly positioned Town Beach escape. Just steps from the sand, it’s an ideal spot for swimming, surfing, or exploring the rock pools. When it’s time for a break from the sun, enjoy a shady picnic in the park across the road, or let the kids burn off energy on the playground.

    You’ll be surrounded by some of Port Macquarie’s best cafés and restaurants, making dining out a breeze. Both Units 7 and 8 feature an easterly balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Pacific, plus the convenience of undercover parking and an internal laundry.

    Unit 8, located on the 3rd floor, offers a fresh, easy-care holiday feel with cool tiled floors throughout. Perfect for couples or families, it sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom.

Walk to shops and beach: November 2024

We stayed in Spring, so the lack of ceiling fans or air conditioning were no issue at all; with the sea breeze coming through the doors. We left a lot fitter than when we came, due to the 48 odd stairs to enter and leave the apartment each time and brought our own linen, as specified. Overall a neat and tidy apartment in a great location with cooking facilities, washing machine and dryer.

Excellent location, great views, reasonable price

We stayed 3 nights and was perfect getaway. Sit on balcony and enjoy the views. Walk down to city centre along river walkway in about 15mins. Just a quick note for anyone elderly ( well slightly more elderly than us 48/58) the unit is on the 3rd floor. Thus the great views. But also 3 levels of stairs.Butbwell worth the climb.
