“The pictures were accurate. Our host communicated with us in a timely manner. Everything was as it said it was going to be everything in the house worked and made sense. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be staying at this location again when we come in into Dover.”

“Excellent host and communication is fantastic. The property has everything you need for a great getaway. I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay. This was my first time using VRBO and this experience will have me using it again.”

“Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad……

“We enjoyed our stay !! We had a Great View of the water !! Sat on the balcony every night and watched the sunset. Took walks on the beach. Went crabbing at a local nature preserve. Just relaxed !! It was just what we needed. We will be back again!!”

“From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. You could tell this……

“This property was perfect for our family while at a lacrosse tournament. It was close to the field and very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms to get ready for the day was a treat! The property was clean and spacious. Also, the host was also extremely responsive. We will definitely return.”

“Fabulous house by the water. The host is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. We are repeat guests and will stay again. New this stay is a vintage popcorn maker. Loved it! Looking forward to our future stays.”

“Great experience! I had a few questions, and the owners responded within MINUTES!”

“Such a fun experience! You can actually fish right off the back deck….which we did with the grandchildren for hours! The only two suggestions I can make are….bring extension cords for the fans, and kitchen items if you prepare big meals. This didn’t have an effect on our stay. My daughter rented a house nearby and we tapped into her amenities.”

“We had some issues getting in using the provided door code, but once we got contact with the host the issue was quickly solved. The house is absolutely beautiful and the furniture is just so cozy, it was hard to get out of the sitting chairs to do our planned activities. Lots of privacy and easily drivable to local spots. Highly highly recommended!!!”

“The owner thought of many amenities that I haven't seen before like breakfast bars and oatmeal packets. Very much appreciated.”
