穆迪港度假短租

“The owner was very responsive and helpful. There were a lot of thoughtful amenities that made us feel so welcome and comfortable.”

“This was a great place to stay for my family. Two bedrooms, one master w/shower and the other bedroom with a separate restroom w/shower.Nice living area and very roomy kitchen w/full fridge, stove, and microwave. The kitchen had numerous extras like butter, utensils, and even a rice cooker. Nice sitting area at the front porch and a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very gracious and responsive.”

“I liked the host’s flexibility and politeness”

“Even though the pictures show a fridge and a sink, toaster and all that stuff , just be aware there is no actual kitchen , no oven and there is no TV . It's not listed that there is it's just something I assumed would be included when you see the pictures and an executive suite . Be sure to double check amenities . I have booked suites before and had kitchens”

“The location was terrific for what we needed. The place was okay. It was sort of pieced together here and there. We made do. The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. The host was great and communicated well with us.”

“Good clean space”

“Everything fairly good except for a few things. We were never informed that the dryer was broken prior to check in. And the beds are hard as rocks. It made things but inconvenient and uncomfortable. I would recommend getting better mattresses as it felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Lastly, the thermostat didn't work well. We set it to 20 and it overheated the place to 23 degrees and wouldn't cool off until we turned the thermostat off for the duration of our stay.”

“Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.”

“這邊的服務非常非常棒，住的環境非常乾淨，大力推薦。空間非常大”

“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的 入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用 算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下 但沒有提供換零錢機 打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的 但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決 浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意 沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”

“Clean, cute property.”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and everything was great. The rental was clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area and the location was perfect for what we needed. The communication was great and we will absolutely stay here again. Thanks!”

“The property is kind of run down”

“Deception! Don’t be fooled: this is not a one-bedroom apartment. It’s a small bedroom on a floor with two other bedrooms, and the bathroom and kitchen are shared, There is practically no privacy. When we arrived, I explained that the ad and photos were deceptive and made it seem like a suite, so the owner (Minh) agreed to let us cancel with a full refund. But later when I contacted support for the refund Minh denied that and only gave a 50% refund. Not cool.”

“This was a real treat for us! A unique experience and such a well appointed float home. We loved it.”
