The pool was closed. I booked the stay for the pool and the views from the infinity pool. The staff was nice, but I was not happy overall. I booked a 2-night stay with Expedia. I canceled the first night. I never got a refund.

Radisson Hotel Trinidad
Front desk staff are very friendly. The room condition was not the best. The bathroom shower had a leak that. I reported and no one showed up as promised . There was a nasty buildup of mold at the outside of the shower base that hasn't been cleaned or overlooked.

It is a pity that the music played is too loud and not suitable, interfering with conversation. When I complained I was told that is how the owner likes it.
