The house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood and faces a small lake, ensuring there are no front-facing neighbors. Additionally, off street parking space is available for your convenience. You have private access to the house, self-check in with smart key lock!
Note: Maximum of 4 adults only.
Home Features:
3 Bedrooms - each bedroom has queen size bed, including the master bedroom. The 4th bedrooms is not accessible as it used as storage.
1 bathroom with tub and shower inside the master bedroom and 1 common bathroom with double vanity sinks
Full kitchen with large dining table
Screened Lanai – Enjoy fresh air without the bugs
Garage and ample space for off-street parking
Smart Lock & Self Check-in for easy access.
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING – To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $200 fee per night will be charged upon check out if any signs of smoking are detected inside the house.
NO partying and NO loud noises and no overnight guests allowed.
