Gulf-front condo with breathtaking water views.

Sip wine from the gulf-front balcony and enjoy the dolphins, manatees, sea turtles and other incredible wildlife that frequent the lagoon. Take a stroll on the private nature trail surrounding the island, fish from the bridge, or just enjoy a relaxing swim in the heated swimming pool. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on one of the well-maintained courts at the resort.

Other wonderful resort amenities include a clubhouse with game room, pool table, ping pong, dance hall and fitness center, which overlooks the lagoon. The fitness center has both men and women's locker rooms, showers, and a sauna. The private community beach is the perfect place to relax or cook up your catch of the day.

This stunning gulf-front condo features a completely upgraded interior and new furnishings. The master bedroom overlooks the water and features access to the private balcony where sunsets can be enjoyed or ocean life can be viewed in their natural habitat. Both the master bedroom and living room feature flat screen tvs with high definition cable. Fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker and toaster are provided. Towels and linens are provided as well. The unit will comfortably sleep 4 with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom suite and two single beds in the guest room. If you're a group of 5, the couch in the living room is comfy enough to sleep on.

This is a private gated luxury resort community with 24 hour on site security guard. There are numerous restaurants and shopping centers in the area for your convenience. The hospital is only minutes away for your peace of mind.

Per the association's rule, the following are not allowed in the complex: RV's, Boats, Jet Ski's on Trailers and Kayaks on Trailers.

Please note that for winter months starting in 2026, a one month minimum reservation is required for January through March. In other words, booking should start from January 1st or 2nd and run till end of January(Roughly January 31st). Likewise February and March should start roughly on February 1st through February 28 and March from March 1st through March 31st. You also have the option to book 2 months or all three months at once.

We also have a strict no smoking and no pets policy in the unit.

The condo was overlooking the ocean, so the view was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with all the pots pans and all the essentials required to cook. The heated swimming pool and workout room was a pleasant bonus. We enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend the host.

Very nice location on the Gulf with a nice view. The unit was well furnished with all the necessities. I usually look for a king size bed which this one did not have but we made do with a queen. Nice restaurants close by. Aron was very responsive to my questions.

Just what we needed

The condo was very clean and check in was very easy. Aron was very helpful and replied quickly to any texts. The bay was gorgeous and i enjoyed watching out. There were many birds and i saw some stingrays as well. The pool is very nice and extremely large. We didnt spend any time at the beach on the property because its small and smelly from trapped water and ocean debris. We went to Wikee Washee state park and did the kayak experience. It was absolutely incredible and my favorite part of the trip. We saw so much wildlife and 3 manatees!!!! The water was also chilly which was excellent, it was so hot and the gulf was 90 during our stay so having cool water to put our feet in during the kayak trip was like heaven. We also went to the Florida Aquarium which I loved! They had many species from all over the world and i thoroughly enjoyed learning about all of them. We also went to clearwater beach. Clearwater was a completely mess with all the traffic but a security guard told us about Sand Key which is 5 minutes away from Clearwater so the exact same beach but there was plenty of parking it was cheaper and there were a lot less people so the experience was much better in my opinion. We went to sunset beach as well to watch a sunset. I would highly recommend that as well. It was gorgeous and so peaceful. As the sun was setting there were heron and egrets hunting so it was beautiful to see their silhouette with bright orange behind them.

Property accurate listing, area was very quiet, more adult friendly than child friendly, which was awesome for us. Nearby beaches are not white sands and clear waters, drove roughly 55 minutes south of Property to Clearwater beaches north which is less crowded and beautiful beaches. Would recommend this Property for stay in the future.

Excellent property

Everything went smoothly with checking in and out. The property is in a beautiful area surrounded by water views. Unit was very clean and well equipped with not only the essential things but it had a lot of the other things you need to make a meal such as utensils,oven mitts,hot plates,spices,etc. they had many other things available like aloe,lotion,shampoo,body wash, etc. the grounds are well kept and the people who live-stay there were all very nice too. The pool is large and had plenty of loungers available also had a box full of pool noodles,floats and toys for kids. Aron the host is right on top of things and very accommodating I had a problem with turning on the tv (my fault) there were instructions available but let’s just say I’m not the best when it comes to stuff like that so I sent a message and even though it was night time he answered and helped me get it figured out right away. There’s a large binder there that has all of the rules, regulations,and also has brochures and menus for a ton of things to do,see,and eat. I did leave a menu for a great sandwich place we ate at so others may enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about the accommodations and the host. Both top rated

Perfect spot for a relaxing week - condo clean and comfortable, gated complex had great pool area, was conveniently located for groceries, excellent non-chain restaurants with lots of fresh seafood choices and a great ice cream shop! This peoperty was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! The views are breathtaking and my kids absolutely LOVED the balcony and seeing the wildlife. We were close enough to go do things during the day. Absolutely wonderful and will be coming back here in the future!

The waters were calm, saw manatee across the other side of the lagoon, saw dolphins in the lagoon twice, sea turtle one day and stingray often in the lagoon. Highly recommend this place but they need to get newer beds as they are all dipping and wore out, did not sleep very well.
