Near the owners' house, this charming cottage is located halfway between Nantes and the sea, in a peaceful rural setting, close to Briord Castle and its forest, and the Acheneau River (fishing).

It features a private, unfenced 300 m² garden and a terrace on a 4000 m² property with a private outdoor spa (€60 per week).

Table tennis and two adult bicycles are available. There is also a secure bike storage area.

The cottage includes a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), and a shower room/WC.

Amenities include: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, baby cot/bath and high chair, and a cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Bed linen is provided. Not included: electricity, wood pellet heating, towels (€7/person).

Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€75).
