“Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair. Unit is accessible to a large grocery store, but the……

“Very nice hotel on the beach. A taxi into Valencia costs roughly £22 and it's about a 20 minute journey Few restaurants close by however not many open due to time of year”

“Todo muy bien”

“Room was clean and tidy, looked like it needed a refurb though some bits little tatty paintwork etc. pool was shut (gutted) staff very friendly and a decent hotel would stay again”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“Great location. Close to the beach and bus stop”

“周邊超市多且方便”

“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“一贯的标准统一，到哪里都有同样的感受。始终如一。”

“Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The noise was unbearable, practically 24 hours a day, making it extremely difficult to rest or sleep. On top of that, the bright illuminated KFC advertising sign directly outside the room was shining into the room throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep even with……

“房間整潔，服務人員親切。 距離最近的車站有點距離，但附近有家樂福很方便。”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”
