1-Beautiful Vue is a non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

CABLE/INTERNET: Most of our homes have cable & internet access as a courtesy from our homeowners. Please see property amenities if you are unsure. We DO NOT guarantee that the cable or internet will be working as we are at the mercy of our internet provider. If the internet is down we will strive to get it up for you as soon as possible. There will be NO refunds for cable or internet outages.
