Beautiful home

Big home, more beautiful in person. Great communication and easy access into the home & gated community. The beach has a lot of rocks that alot of us cut our feet on so we drove to Mexico beach, peninsula, or just chilled at the pool most of the time. Panama City beach was only an hour away and it was very fun out there. Big waves, wave runners, good food and amusement parks. The closest Walmart is about 45 mins away. You can get your basic needs & food at the dollar general that’s about 5 mins away. Make sure to bring your own TP, dishwasher, and laundry detergent. It was beautiful though! Would stay here again.

Nice house with elevator that needs Queen beds and King Bed!!

This house comes with almost everything you need for your trips. About 5 chairs available, toys, floaty, cart, boards, family games ect. MAIN thing missing is KING SIDE BEDS, the photos for 3rd bedroom incorrect only 1 full side bed in there. The 2 main showers wide open so not family friendly. Fans through out house is great so house stayed cool. The oven for us was slow to cook so may need to be checked.

Wonderful getaway with friends

This was a great house for a big group of friends - adults and kids. We had a great time! We really appreciated the extra mini-refrigerators on each floor and there was a lot of room to spread out. The "beach" it is next to is really not a beach. It's a small shore on the bay. It was an easy 10 minute drive toward Mexico Beach though to find a great beach spot. Across the street was a great pier though that we enjoyed watching dolphins and the sunset on. The pool is great. Also, something to note, the neighborhood is new and still constructing many houses. The construction noise didn't keep us from having a great time but it's something to keep in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

Perfect low key family vacay spot!

We had a blast on our extended family vacation! The house was beautiful and the pool and beach were so nice. The house had plenty of room for everyone and had great decks with beautiful views.

Port Side Manor

This was our first time to this area. Loved it! We will definitely be back. House looks just like the pictures beautiful! Only draw back was there are no king beds.
