Best Stay Ever

We have spent many vacations in FL and AL but this was by far our best trip due to the well stocked house with many amenities such as beach towels and beach equipment. Be Our Guest staff were responsive to questions we had and the fresh flowers were a warm welcome. We loved our stay at Fishlips and hope to return!

Great beach getaway

Enjoyed the week at fishlips. Beautiful view of the gulf and beach from all living levels of the home. Every beach toy you’ll need for your stay and an over abundance of items for cooking and dining. The balcony is great for star gazing and the screened in porch listening to the waves crash into the beach made for a pleasant backdrop during lunches.

FishLips

Perfect home for our extended family vacation. The house was great and stocked with everything you would need! The pool was clean and well maintained. We did pay the extra fee for heating the pool (in March), and it was well worth it since it was a little cool and windy during our stay! We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year!

Great House

We had 6 kids under 12 years old and this house is perfect. They were able to freely run back and forth between the pool and beach while the parents relaxed on the beach . The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and there is plenty of room in the house to spread out. We would definitely book this house again .

Everything we dreamed of

The location is fantastic, very quiet and laid back. The pool was so nice that the kids didn’t want to swim in the ocean! There was ample beach gear and pool toys. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and spotting a group of manta rays. The second dishwasher, ice maker and beverage fridge made this our favorite house on the cape!

Wonderful Spot on the Cape!!

Loved staying at Fish Lips. The pool is fantastic and great/easy beach access. Had a blast playing games in the evening while listening to the waves. One day we had an issue with the main floor AC Unit. Called the property manager and they had someone on site who fixed it within 90 minutes. Great service, communication and management. Thanks for a relaxing and fun week!

When you walk in you get a sense of calm and a feeling of great cheer surrounded by great decor and spacious living. The amenities in this home are remarkable-they have thought of all your needs. There are numerous board games, pet toys, books, kitchen supplies, a TV in each bedroom and bathroom amenities you need. The outdoor space is like none other with the best pool area and outdoor dining. The management company was outstanding and so prompt with any question or solving any problems. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for a family or group of friends. It is a piece of heaven!

Fabulous Fishlips!

Our family and friends had a blast at Cape San Blas while staying at Fishlips! The house itself is in an area that is upscale and well-maintained. It is right on the beach, and in perfect position to view the dolphins, and even a couple of surfers! The pool is quite lovely although the weather did not permit swimming. Fishlips was spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were over the top beautiful…lots of hot water always The kitchen was well appointed with tons of space for food prep. We did have some difficulty getting the TV set up and working, but the manager was diligent in working this out for us as soon as possible. We would heartily recommend a stay at Fishlips.

Plenty of detergent for washers, too. The pool is beautiful and the loaded beach gear closet did not disappoint! Thanks for the bear gear credit as well so we could also get bikes and a few more regular beach chairs. Most of the chairs in the closet were more like camping chairs but still loved having plenty! Would stay here again!!

With easy beach access and a super large pool, our family enjoyed the water all week. The home is stocked with your needs for the week including gas grill for relaxing family dinners at home, TWO dishwashers, and ice maker, adorable beach dishes, and even beach towels. Picture perfect sunsets every evening, nothing compares to this view! This is our favorite home by far!

When we showed up this year, the sand had been pulled out all the way to the dunes. We paid for beachfront but unfortunately, and to no one’s fault, got no beach access from the home :(
