Fantastic property! New, clean and spacious home perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the huge neighborhood pool and short walk/ride to the Beach. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for a large family

We arrived after dark, and we were not informed that the house was in a gated community. We had to try all codes given before we were able to get into the neighborhood. It was very dark, so we had a hard time finding the house, as no lights were left on. Then we had the code to enter the house. Except the access point was not the front or back door, but rather a side door. Luckily we had a flashlight in the car so we could walk around the house and find it. Once we figured all of that out, it was good. We called the property management company’s after hours line 9 times, and we couldn’t reach anyone, so that was very frustrating. The home is very nice. The garbage disposal didn’t work, but everything else was great for our family of 6. Short walk to the beach and to the pool. The codes for the pedestrian gates in the neighborhood that we were given did not work, and the property management company didn’t have any other codes to give us to use apparently. There are beach chairs at the house in the garage. We didn’t know this, so we paid for beach chair rentals unnecessarily from the property management company as well.

Our original booking with 360 Blue, the management company, was cancelled and we were offered a different home for the same date range as our original trip. We were moved from turtle Bay to West wind. Both of these homes are in the amazing Ovation subdivision. Management made this switch very easy!West Wind was a beautiful home, but had lots of issues that required my husband and myself wasting precious vacation time with our family, instead we were left waiting for repair vendors. 360 Blue was very helpful, but issues still remained.
