This fantastic Lot in Port St. Joe is a welcoming retreat for guests looking to unwind and connect with nature. With FHU (30/50 Amps) , this awesome property offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Whether you're roasting marshmallows by the campfire or stargazing under the night sky, this lot provides the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Also has a 12x16 shelter with picnic table for grilling and hanging out under with sunshades for them hot sunny days. Just a short walk or (golf cart/bike ride) to the beach access which is also pet friendly ( with leash). The lot is big and roomy for kids to run and play, room for extra car, boat, etc. Very private and relaxing

Private and perfect!

This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find!
