Among the many updates afforded this home includes a new in-ground, private, heated pool. A large great room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and plenty of seating leads to a covered screened porch and adjacent sunbathing deck. Stroll down the private boardwalk to enjoy the splendorous white sand beach and sparkling waters. This home sets at the very end of the developed land on the Cape and nearly adjacent to an additional seven miles of undeveloped beach and dunes to explore.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The home sets only a couple of miles from TH Stone Memorial State Park and a plethora of untouched tropical nature. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

This home comes with a $250 beach gear credit and pool heat is available for an additional fee. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed.
