Waters Edge

If you don’t mind stairs this is a great place to relax and enjoy the waves, dolphins and sunsets. It is a very comfortable property but it is at the waters edge. There is no beach in front of the property just a sea wall however the beach is extremely close by. We enjoyed our time there.

The place was nice and the view was great. Location was lovely but there’s no beach in front because the building is built into the gulf which is pretty clear in the photos so not complaining just mentioning it because you have to walk a few house down to access the beach. The only issue I have and it’s minor but irritating. We stayed 5 days and there was only one trash bag, 2 dishwashing detergent pods and one roll of TP in each bath for the entire stay. When I asked for more garbage bags I was told that they only supply enough to get started and if I need more I should go to the convenience store down the road. So if I stay 2 days I guess I’m covered but if I stay 5 I’m kind of on my own. Not an incentive to stay longer. Just seems like a very small expense to keep guests satisfied. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and don’t recall having to buy my own basic supplies. Otherwise everything was great.

We absolutely loved it there. We are definitely wanting to go back next year at the same time for our anniversary. The communication was wonderful with the property management, and It was just great!

We could have loved our stay anymore. Easy access to the beach, house fit the family perfectly. No complaints from us. Even right down to our dog. She absolutely loved it! Will book again … hopefully next summer

Truly water front

Beautiful spot but have to go to a public beach or use the neighboring properties’s beach area. The balcony and screened-in porch are great for being outside and listening to the waves.

Dixie's Delight

My family and I had a great time at Dixie's Delight! The condo had everything we needed for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking, baking, and grilling. We loved the screened-in porch and the swing! And we loved being right on the water! We had a great trip and can't wait to come back!

Simple life

Cape San Blas is the simple life. It is a very layed back lifestyle. The house was nice and well stocked.

The location is wonderful. The townhouse is fine. It is a little tight with 6 adults. Probably better for 4 adults or family with 2 or 3 younger children. I was disappointed that the walk way to the beach was along the road. The stairs that were there last year are gone, which requires you to walk along to road to get to the better beach. But once there there beach is AMAZING!!!!

Where's the BEACH?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no beach associated with this unit. the unit itself was nice and well appointed but it sits directly on the ocean with no beach access. I would not return to this location.

A wonderful beach weekend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at the beach! We saw so many dolphins! We got some shells, took walks & relaxed in our beautiful condo! We ate on the screened porch and at night enjoyed the millions of stars on the upstairs balcony!
