Best of Mexico Beach Beautifully Landscaped Property, Sleeps 10 - Newly fully renovated & furnished Large Top Floor, 2 Story Condo Unit with balcony Sunsets, ocean view front, community Pool and "HOT" Sauna. Our own Covered Boat slip #2 is direclty behind unit downstairs, Park your boat easy access LIft. Elevator in building. Three bedroom, three full bath. 2200 square feet, Free wifi and Cable, Samsung SMART TV's in ALL rooms. Upstairs bedroom has two queens and Pullout Couch Queen. Washer/DRYER. NEW Appliances, dishwasher, Fridge, and Cooking pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker. Wagon to carry items, Corn Hole Game, Couple minute walk down road directly to beach. Jog and bike down side walks, bring flash lights for sand crabbing with kids, and see the most incredible sunsets ever off balcony. play cornhole in parking lot, everyone is very friendly. Weekly and Long term rental discounts, contact owner. 2 minute walk down to beach at end of road.

Great Property
As always enjoyed our stay. Ben was quick to respond to a small issue that we had and the neighbors were friendly and caring to us throughout the stay. Love staying at Ben’s place and hope to continue to be able to stay!!!

Beach vacation
The condo is very spacious and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. My husband loved the boat slip. It was a very relaxing and easy vacation.

Much needed break!!!
The condo was gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. We have a boat that we took down and everything worked out perfectly. Our granddaughters (3) enjoyed the private upstairs area and loved being so close to the beach and pool. Highly recommend this condo.

Quick Fishing Trip
The property had everything we could ask for. The boat slip with lift made our fishing trip so easy and fit my boat perfectly. The property is directly beside the marina as well. We couldn’t have asked for better facilities or location.

Fabulous accommodations, loved our stay!
This home is Wonderful! Great views to the boat channel and Has a spacious balcony. The ocean is a short walk from the front door. The owners were wonderful about communicating check-in information and very accommodating. Check out was super easy.

Beautiful, spacious, and relaxing!
Condo was spacious for our family of 6 plus a toddler! The view from the patio overlooking the canal was gorgeous. Loved the covered parking garage, storage room to keep all our beach items, private pool, and boat slips to fish at. Short walk to the beach across the street. Great seafood market called the Shell Shack right next door, plus a marina market. Ben was awesome at communicating with me and was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

This property was beautiful and spacious with a well appointed kitchen. All rooms had great beds and tv’s in each room. Beautiful pool, on the canal and a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful Condo!
Our family had a wonderful vacation! The property is in a great location on the canal and easy walking distance to the beach, Mexico Beach Marina, Shell Shack, and Dining! Definitely will stay here again!

Excellent! Highly Recommend
It was a great week at a great condo! We will definitely be staying there again. It was super clean, had tons of kitchen accessories and was absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice.
The owner is also great! He immediately let me know I could contact him with any questions and checked to make sure all was good. Super nice!

Great Unit
Everything was great, perfect for the fisherman and great communication from the owner. We booked our stay to snapper fish and the season was pushed out another week, Ben readily moved our reservation for us. Perfect property!!
