On the ground floor, under the house is covered parking and an enclosed outdoor shower. On the main floor living level is the open design of living room, kitchen, dining and half bath. The main floor also has a spacious deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. On the second floor is where you’ll find the two guest bedrooms and laundry closet. The top floor is the master suite with a gulf view deck and master bath.
