A perfect stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year booking with Renting the Coast. Kam and his team are phenomenal in terms of helping us find the right house for our needs, and the new management team is quick to respond and fix any needs! We love the Cape and Port St Joe and you can't go wrong with this company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed staying in”Chloe by the Cove.” The floor plan was amazing plenty of room for family of 7 plus 2 pups. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 full size refrigerators was a game changer. The guys enjoy the top notch outdoor grill. The open floor plan was ideal for enjoying company. I have to say 2 washers and 2 dryers set the bar for our next family vacation. The kids felt spoiled with the game room, golf cart, and 2 neighborhood pools all while being just a short walk to the dog friendly beach. It was truly a vacation that we all thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend renting with Renting The Coast they were very responsive and personable just a text away to help with anything. My only suggestion is getting a large industrial shopfan for the garage playroom it was unbelievably hot. ( fan link)
