We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The family room was spacious for us and our extended family. Also the elevator really helped eveyone access all the floors easily.

Fantastic Christmas family vacation

We had an amazing time. The house is perfect for a large family with plenty of room and amenities. The beach is easily accessible and there is plenty of beach gear as well. Thankyou for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location

Great location and great house. Traveled with family with young kids. Very easy walk to the beach with boardwalk. House was very nice, great set up for families and clean. Close to small grocery, donut and ice cream shop on the island for a short walk or easy bike ride!

Best House on the Beach

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We had 10 adults and 2 kiddos under 5. There was MORE than enough room for all of us plus extra. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly. We needed nothing more than what was provided. We had a slight issue with the keurig coffe maker, they had one delivered the next morning. I’d recommend this place ten out of ten times.

May Girls Getaway

This home was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items. The location was perfect and the views were fabulous. The only issue we encountered was a problem one of the MB bathroom toilets on our 2nd day. Unfortunately, no one fixed it till our last day. The maintenance person actually came on the 3rd day. However, the property manager neglected to communicate with us that we would need to be in the home. It would have been nice to have a call when the maintenance person was coming. We would have been sure to have someone there. Otherwise, our trip was great and we would rent this home again.

Spring Break getaway

This home offered everything we wanted and more. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house had tons of space. It was very clean upon arrival. Close proximity to secluded beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Perfect family house

Well-stocked rental for families

We enjoyed our stay at Beau Soleil. The house was clean, well-appointed, and had all the things we needed for a week away. I even researched the microwave/convection oven for our own house, it was great! We especially liked the fenced area for our dog, and the ability to bring her with us. The only downside was the dog closer to the beach that barked... and barked... and barked... but that is not the house's fault! We look forward to visiting Cape San Blas again.

Wonderful Trip!!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at the Cape. The beaches were beautiful and the house was everything we hoped for! Donna was absolutely terrific and answered every question promptly and to our satisfaction. We will definitely rent this property again! Thank you! Thank you! This was our third trip to the cape, and again we had a great spring break.

The house is well equipped and comfortable. Like all houses, there were some issues that occurred on our visit ( batteries for lock died). but Bryan is very responsive and things were corrected seamlessly. I would highly recommend this property for your family.

Paradise!

We had an excellent week! The house was closer to the beach than we thought and was fully equipped with everything we needed + more. The property manager was an added bonus with prompt responses. We will most definitely stay here again!

Great Property

This property was excellent. We had six adults and one thirteen year old and had a wonderful time. We cooked a full course Thanksgiving dinner and had all of the silver ware, pots, pans,dishes and accessories that we could ever need. Had plenty of room for all. Property was clean upon check in. In addition, all of the Kitchen equipment and laundry room equipment worked perfectly. Property management employees were easy to contact and responsive to our needs. Our six dsys was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful home

Beautiful ocean view and practically on the the beach. The house is very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. Very peaceful and quiet area. The property management is dedicated to guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at Beau Soleil and will likely return in the future. The house was spacious with beds for 11 (the listing says sleeps 13, but 2 would have to sleep on couches) and plenty of bathrooms as well. We had 12 people (one child slept in her parents' room) in the house for a week and never felt crowded, even on the rainy day when we stayed indoors more. It was clean and well cared for, and a comfy home for the week. The house is well appointed inside and out. There's plenty of beach gear to use, and lovely decks to enjoy the sound of the surf. Access to the beach was very easy and convenient, and the beach itself was beautiful! Clean sand, relaxing waves. Just what we all needed. There is so much to do in the area, too! The state park, snorkeling in the bay, the lighthouse (in Port St. Joe), a shipwreck to check out, horseback riding on the beach, bike rides and bonfires are just a few things our group took advantage of during the week. Already dreaming of coming back!

Perfect beach house

Our stay here was great. The house was really nicely decorated and clean. There were nice views of the water, and the walk to the beach was easy. The elevator worked well and was very quiet, and the fenced/gated area was perfect for letting our dogs out easily. The house has a lot of extra special touches like the huge shower in the master bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach gear and toys, games & movies, and plenty of storage places. We've stayed in a lot of rentals on the Cape, and this was definitely the best one we've tried.
