Fantastic Spring Break

The house was perfect! The location to the beach can not be beat. We watched the most beautiful sunsets from the porch every day. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch for when the beach was too windy or too cold. The house itself was spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The massive fridge and freezer had plenty of room for enough food for 10 people. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect beach vacation

The property is amazing! This was our first time to CSB and it is now our favorite beach! The view of the sunsets from the house balconies was stunning. There were 11 of us ranging from ages 6 to 65 and we all enjoyed the games. The floorplan was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the abundantly stocked kitchen! We definitely would recommend this place!

Family Trip

The beach was beautiful and the rental was roomy and well planned. The decor was beautiful and the rental supplied what we needed. It would’ve been nice to have more towels and wash cloths as we washed daily. The children loved all of the games and electronics provided for them. The property was beautiful; however, there are some things that should be addressed. There are exposed wires in the bunk room by the bed. The pool and hot tub were dirty and were not cleaned until the day before we left. Beer bottles and trash were in both, so we never used them. The refrigerator smelled strongly of fish all week. We purchased baking soda for the smell. The sliding door in the bottom floor bedroom on the left won’t lock. It was filled with tissue paper, but it still didn’t lock even when removed. We recommend using a dehumidifier. My children are allergic to mold and had issues. We also recommend cleaning ceiling fans as they are caked with dust.

We had a very relaxing stay in this multi-level beach home…When we wanted to go out, it was in the middle of Santa Cruz to the north and Carmel and Big Sur to the South….so it was easy to visit friends in both those areas, and also enjoy the sites and dining out. The home was very comfortable and well appointed for coming back to….

Great Beach/Home

Everything about the house and beach was awesome - white sand, some of the clearest water we have ever seen, house well equipped. We saw a sea turtle, manatee, sting rays, and dolphins. The only negative is that it borders one of the busier areas of the beach, which relatively speaking still wasn't bad.
