This house is absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay, The location is perfect, we love the laid back vibe of PSJ. The beach was easily accessible and the sunsets are gorgeous. Ocean views from every floor was a bonus. My Granddaughter loved swimming in the pool. This house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did take advantage of the equipment/rental delivery service and the kids loved their evening bike ride on the beach bikes. We are ready to come back next year!!!

Great beach getaway

The house was well stocked with many amenities, including everything we needed and then some. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and we used the cart to help tow beach gear back and forth. The beach itself was great as it was in a more secluded area which was great and partly why we booked. We did have an issue with Vrbo and the booking itself, but that has nothing to do with the property itself. Recommend booking this wonderful property outside of Vrbo

Awesome beach home

Our family had a wonderful beach week at White Whale. Home was clean, roomy, and well stocked with all you need: kitchen had all the cookware needed for meals. Loved the location with excellent views of the beach.

This was our first trip to the Saint Joe beach area and this house did not disappoint! The property was spotless, well appointed and had room for the whole family. The elevator was a welcome bonus as well as the pool. Steps to the uncrowded beach and awesome views. The property manager responded promptly to any questions and requests. Highly recommend this house!

Dissatisfied

Although the accommodations were nice, the management company charged us for damages we didn't cause. Recommend taking pictures of entire premise before you stay. Will not stay at another rental through Sunshine Vacations

This home is fabulous, but be aware, you will not know until you rent this property that they will give you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod and one garbage bag for an entire week with a full house of people. When we started using the dishes in the kitchen we found out that most of the pots, pan and cookware were put away dirty as well as a good portion of the silverware and kitchen utensils were dirty as well as if someone just put them away when they were done using them. House was dirty when we got in, sand on the floors and food in the corners and both the outdoor garbage cans were entirely full. Make sure when you get here to make a run to the grocery store for essentials like foil, storage bags, spices, oil or anything of that type, as there is nothing like that in the house for cooking or storing food or any other things of that type. Make sure to go to Dollar General as the Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe is one of the most expensive grocery stores I have ever been in recently. Pool was nice, but there is not nighttime lighting in the pool or outdoor lighting around the pool. They do not provide any pool towels and if you have a full house plan on doing some laundry, but there will not be any items provided to do that either. Felt like a portion of my vacation was finding out what they house didn't have instead of being able to enjoy my vacation. Definitely won't be back unless something changes.
