“We stayed in room 20, which turned out to be a full apartment with a large kitchen, bathroom, living room/dinning room and large bedroom with two beds. It was very clean and well outfitted. It was also very quiet, even on the Saturday night we stayed. I can't recommend it highly enough!”

“It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a……

“Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!”

“This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. ”

Accessing the lobby was challenging for my spouse, who's a wheelchair user. The disabled parking was poorly marked and a distance away froma small ramp at the other end of the building. “Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“What a great place! I know it looks somewhat unassuming, but the care they take to make your stay excellent is like a resort. The breakfast has a lot of great options and every single employee was friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a snafoo with our sofa bed and they upgraded us to a larger suite. If you get a chance to choose the Crow’s Nest and have four or more people, I highly recommend it. It’s a third floor two bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Their hot tubs were also……
