Ventnor Rise ~ Large back Deck , Room to move!

VENTNOR RISE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large rear deck, hooded BBQ and outdoor setting.

Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove and microwave, dining, lounge with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV with HDMI input, DVD, ceiling fan.

Main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower and separate w/c, laundry with front load washing machine.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Small TV in one of the single bedrooms.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 singles.

Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat.

Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay

High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
